DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. My wife and I chose this Airbnb for our honeymoon. On day 2 we came back to our condo to our door wide open. We had zero notifications or communication. Why was it open? Bc they had painters painting all of the doors. So for 2.5 hours we had our door open and our vacation was put on hold. After complaining the owner offered to comp our stay. Then all of a sudden it’s retracted and we’re offered 1 day comped bc “they won’t be back this is a one day thing” guess what happened.. the next day I’m getting an ultimatum to either let a dryer vent cleaning crew in OR they would be happy to cancel the rest of our stay and comp us for that. They tell us they’ll comp another night. we don’t want to leave the night before we fly out so I oblige. These host are nothing but was scam and they do not care about what you are doing on vacation. I was asked by the owner of the property to lie and give them a good review. I cannot do that. Comped $300 of $428 owed.

Laurie’s place was great. We normally stay in 2/2’s in Ocean Point but it was a last minute trip for just my husband and I and it was the perfect one bedroom place. The kitchen is fully stocked and loaded! We cooked a wonderful lobster dinner after a day on the water. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped with everything we needed to cook several seafood dinners, which we really appreciated. There were also lots of thoughtful extras, including beach towels, beach blankets, binoculars, tennis and pickleball rackets, and games like foosball in the common area.
The resort amenities were fantastic as well. The pool area was beautiful, very clean, and had a great restaurant nearby, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the Keys. Having an in-unit washer and dryer was another nice convenience.
Overall, this was one of the best-equipped and most comfortable Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. The hosts clearly put a lot of thought into making guests feel at home. Highly recommended!

My boyfriend and I picked Laurie’s condo after searching for the “right” spot to stay for my birthday weekend. Finding the resort was super easy, the guards were also extremely nice and informative when we checked in! We hadn’t stayed in Tavernier before but I actually really enjoyed being on a quieter of islands! The condo itself was immaculate, between Laurie’s sense of design and the cleanliness, we were extremely satisfied. She had everything! We thought we forgot certain kitchen items, yet she has fully stocked cabinets that really helped us not have to shop the whole time! We did nightly walks down to the dock and beach area and even spent some time playing the games below the building. Love that she included binoculars! We sat on the balcony and watched the boats, birds, and cats travel through the preserve.
The Blond Giraffe was one of our favorites for key lime pie. Cafe Moka was one of the best hot lattes I’ve had! Both were located right in Tavernier.

We had a fabulous stay at Laurie’s condo. It was absolutely beautiful and exactly as described. We also truly appreciated all the help we received arranging for my husband’s dialysis medication to be delivered to the condo—it made our stay so much easier and less stressful.
The only small suggestion I would make is to consider having a cabinet designated for guests to store non-perishable food items. Other than that, everything was absolutely fabulous. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

This was one of those instances where the rental exceeded my expectations based on the listing. It is homey, adorably decorated, and has everything needed for a fun stay in the Keys. When I started planning this trip for me and my sister, I was not specifically looking for a condo in a gated community. But it turned out great! Ocean Point is peaceful, the condos are very private (even the small balcony!), we had an adorable and uncrowded beach with comfortable chairs, there was always a pickle-ball court available, and the property was very well managed and taken care of. It was a delightful place to use as our home base. Our hosts left nothing to be desired - their guidebook and instructions were extensive and incredibly helpful. They had sports equipment for us to use, the kitchen was pristine!, and most importantly, the bed was super comfy!. I thought we would end up going back and forth to Key Largo for activities and errands but there was so much to do in Tavernier and Islamorada! A ton of great restaurants and cafes, a CVS and Winn Dixie so close. We spent the vacation enjoying the Keys and not driving long distances. We'll miss those beautiful sunrises!

PERFECT PERFECT PERFECT! Due to a previous Airbnb cancellation, we found Tiki Time at the last minute and it was EXACTLY what we needed! Laurie and Sean’s place has everything you’ll need. A basket of pickleball paddles, tennis rackets and balls, cornhole bags, and more for things to do at the resort. We enjoyed sitting on the private patio with a coffee or glass of wine. It was peaceful and the view was amazing.
Pool was great, always found a couple of chairs and options for sun or shade.

A well-considered guidebook was provided, with excellent restaurant and activity recommendations. The modern and well equipped kitchen made it that much better. The linens were luxurious and the towels were crisp and bright. The pool has a great ambience and not busy at all. The property has a beautiful natural beach that we didn’t use simply because we found the pool easier for our toddler. In the evenings, we would take a short drive to the nearby beach bars and restaurants.
Overall, Laurie’s home is beyond comfortable and stylish.

This is the most well-thought of place I have ever been! We were pleasantly surprised by the welcome flowers and key lime cookies! The guest guidebook was very, very helpful and everything you need to know about the listing was either posted on the unit’s hallway board or communicated via airbnb messaging. The interior decor was beautiful, and you can tell that everything, from the bed to the furniture, to the kitchen equipment/appliances were of good quality. We will forgive the uncomfortable sofa bed since my husband unfortunately had to sleep separate from me and the baby so he can rest before the long drive. Tiki time #1413 was an absolute DREAM for our honeymoon! The place was very very clean and well stocked. Plenty of fun surprises including beach stuff all ready to take to the stunning private beach in the complex. The security at the gate were quick to get us out pass to be able to easily get in and out which was very convenient! We thought the bed was so comfortable, and the pillow selection was impressive! Something for everyone! The shower water pressure was nice and it got really hot, and stayed hot! We were pleasantly surprised with the efficiency of the ac unit too! We kept it over 75 the whole time and were so comfortable! The kitchen is well stocked, we didn’t end up going out to dinner at all! With the provided spices and other basics we were able to save money making all our food at home! The Winn Dixie right up the street was conveniently located and reasonably priced! We would recommend Laurie and her team any day and hope to come back! Book it, you won’t regret it!

This place was a beautiful delight. Laurie's place is over and above other Airbnbs as she pays attention to every detail. The decor is gorgeous (even the hardware and the doorknobs). She provides great instructions and a thorough welcome book. The place is cozy and comfortable with a beautiful view of the water. We watched the sunrise from the dock and then later, crossed the street where we took in the sunset. From Laurie's place we were able to do a sunset catamaran in Marathon and a half day snorkel in Key Largo. We dined at Italian Eatery Express just a few minutes down the road. It is part of 3 other restaurants of the same owner and the food was fabulous. Try the ricotta and pear gnocchi. While we didn't swim in the pool, it is just a short walk from the condo. We give Laurie's place two enthusiastic thumbs up!!!

There is a small beach on the property and a spacious swimming pool and little hot tub. Tennis courts and tennis racquets provided, also pickle ball stuff was provided but we didn’t go look for the pickle ball court.
The only 2 things I think could have used improvement were (1) the water pressure was consistently low in the shower and (2) the pillows on the bed were too thick/too high. Both my husband and I thought a flatter pillow would have been much better.
