Cancellation Policy
Standard Cancellations
- Full Refund – for cancellations made up to 30 days before check-in.
- Bookings made within 30 days of check-in – receive a full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.
- 50% Refund – for cancellations made up to 14 days before check-in.
- No Refunds – for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in.
Hurricane / Tropical Storm Policy
NO refunds will be given unless the National Weather Service issues a mandatory evacuation of the Florida Keys, including Key Largo, FL, within a Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area.
- Guests currently staying – refunded for any unused portion of rent if departing early.
- Guests scheduled to arrive – refunded for any unused portion of rent if shortening their stay, beginning after the warning is lifted.
- Guests with upcoming reservations during the Warning period – refunded any advance deposits.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel protection to safeguard your trip against unexpected events such as illness, flight cancellations, or severe weather. Travel insurance offers added peace of mind by covering costs that fall outside our cancellation rules.
Fishing Charter Weather Policy
No refunds are issued for last-minute fishing charter cancellations due to bad weather.
